Revocation Policy for Contracts Regarding the Delivery of Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if

1.the performance has begun with your prior express consent, and

2.you have acknowledged that by giving your consent, you lose your right of revocation once the contract is fully performed.

Furthermore, the right of revocation expires prematurely if we begin the performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may start before the end of the revocation period, and have provided you with confirmation of the contract conclusion, including the aforementioned conditions, on a durable medium (e.g., email).
